Dates of Community Health and Wellness Efforts:


Mondays - Zumba at the Community Center hosted by Joy Alldredge 6pm - 7pm

-  The Community Center is a great way to stay active, especially when inclement weather prevents you from getting outside.  It is open for walking, basketball, skating, Nintendo Wii, air hockey, billiards, table tennis and foosball Tuesday - Saturday.

-  Get involved in an adult sport.  This spring we offer adult softball.  Summer will bring softball (church, recreational, and competitive leagues), as well as our hope to bring back sand volleyball, and try Pickleball and ultimate frisbee.

-  Get your child involved in a youth sport.  There are plenty of opportunities from soccer, basketball, baseball, and football/cheerleading.  mvprsports.blogspot.com

-  Come Zumba on Monday nights at 6pm at the Community Center: Hosted by Joy Alldredge

-  Take a walk in one of our parks:
  • Riverbend Park / Sherburne Park
  • Brittlebank Park
  • Fairview Park
  • Kimball Park
  • Kiwanis
